Troy Bowen was shot around 8:15 in the morning one week ago as he walked on Marigold Lane near his home.
Police reported that he was in stable condition after being shot in the shoulder.
But - in truth it was the second time he had been shot in three weeks - and this morning he died at the KHMH.
But before he passed away, police charged two men for his attempted murder.
They are 24 year old Gilbert Craig and 32 year old Theodore Andrews who were charged with Attempted Murder, Dangerous Harm and Use of Deadly Means of Harm.
Andrews was arraigned yesterday in the #1 Magistrate's Court whilst Craig was arraigned today in the #6 Magistrate's Court.
Andrews and Craig were both remanded into custody until October 26th.
They will now have those charges upgraded to murder.
