Lemoine and Young – court

Thirty year old Steven Lemoine and 18 year old Jason Young were charged with aggravated assault with a firearm when they appeared today in the Magistrate's Court. They pleaded not guilty to the charge. It's automatic remand for gun crimes and they were remanded into custody until November 25th.

ON Independence Day, September 21, Glenford Williams, reported to police that Lemoine and Young were together and one of them pointed a firearm at him. Lemoine told Magistrate Flowers that while he was in custody the police beat him and burst his eardrums.
