Earlier in this segment we told you about a 16 year old who was murdered in Camalote. Well, the same fate almost befell 16 year old Justin Stephen Teck - who was shot twice to the head. It happened in broad daylight on September 27th. Teck was riding his bicycle near the traffic lights at the Cinderella Plaza junction when a gunman came up and shot him twice in the head at point blank range. Somehow he survived and on Friday police detained the man accused of shooting him. They are 21 year old Michael Gladden and 31 year old Mark Gentle. The pair were charged with conspiracy to commit murder while Gladden - the alleged triggerman - was also charged with attempted murder, dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm. They were remanded until November 24th.
Gentle was also charged with possession of a minuscule gramme of marijuana in another court. Police found him with the weed when they detained him on Friday.
