Men Accused Of Raping Teenaged Co-Worker

Two men, 26 year old Gion Bernard and 30 year old Keyon "Nine" Cleland, both of them who told the court they are employees at a Call center, were charged with the rape of an 18 year old co-worker when they appeared today in the Magistrate's Court.

Magistrate Roberto Ordonez did not take a plea because the offence is indictable and remanded them until January 10, 2012 because of the nature of the offence.

On Thursday, December 1, the 18 year old reported to the police that after work she went to Cleland's residence at 676 South Creek and had consensual sex with Bernard.

She said Cleland then entered the room and raped her. She said Bernard then returned to the room and raped her.
