Sleepy Constable Loses Gun

A Cayo constable lost a firearm when he fell asleep at the diarist's desk.

Constable Selvyn Myers, was working diarist duties between midnight and 6:00am on Monday when he fell asleep.

According to a police report, that's when Adrian Francis visited him at the station and stole a chrome 9 millimeter pistol loaded with ten live rounds.

The gun was stored in a locker near Meyers's desk.

The weapon is the property of Gareth Gentle, the owner of Anchor Security Company.
