At the top of the news we told you about the shooting of Dale Tillett - who remains in a dire condition. He was allegedly shot by Renan Briceno Jr and that shooting supposedly set off a series of gang retaliations. And that's because Tillett shares the name of the boss of George Street and according to police he also shared a George Street address.
But, during the news, his grandmother, Geraldine Tillett called to tell us that her grandson does not live at the George Street Adress that police say he does; she says he lives at #50 Euphrates Avenue. Additionally, she says he is not related to the Tillett's of George Street. He is also no relation to the other Tillett who was shot, Brandon Tillett.
But she did however concede that her grandson is an acquaintance of George Street personalities.
