And while the former Prime Minister is looking forward to face the commission, sources say that one of his ministers could be facing a judge - depending on what the DPP says.
7News has confirmed that Police have handed an investigative file, looking into certain actives of former Minister Rene Montero and his CEO Errol Gentle over to the DPP.
The DPP will review this file for criminal wrongdoing and advise the police on whether the former Cayo central Area Rep and Minister of Works, along with his CEO should be charged for criminal wrongdoing.
The pair have been publicly accused of land fraud, but we are aware of other complaints of irregularities against them.
