Toledo Home Invasion

Tonight, there is the report of another home invasion in the Toledo District.

A Punta Gorda couple is still recovering from that aggravated burglary that took place last night around 7:20.

29-year-old Sarah Ack was at home with her husband, Umberto Cuc, when they heard a knock at the door. Cuc went to answer it only to come face to face with a gun pointed at her, she said, by a dark-skinned man. The gunman and three other burglars forced their way into the home and stole two cellphones and Cuc's wallet, which contained $730 dollars.

One of the burglars then struck Cuc in the head. The four burglars, all of whom wore black ski masks with black caps, then fled the scene. Ack requested no court action.
