The shooting's target, David Galindo, had recently released on bail after being charged jointly with his brother as the masterminds in the public executions of Windell Trapp and Samuel Hill.

Police have since arrested and charged 28-year-old B.D.F. soldier Geovanni "Dunga" Trapp for Galindo's attempted murder. They've also arrested and charged David Harris for abetment to commit murder.
