Gangsters’ Grace Note

On Friday we showed you that the leaders from two rival gangs who had been causing mayhem in the city made a truce before they and their associates were released from prison. They were there under the state of emergency, and underwent a mediation unlike any other in the past. Courtney Menzies was at the prison when they were being released and spoke to the man who has been there every step of the way. Here is that story.
