Evening Shooting In City

It's already the curfew hour - but even a few minutes before that doesn't slow the criminals, it seems.

Two men were shot about 30 minutes ago on Kelly Street, almost in front of Chon Saan Palace. This video from the Guardian shows that one of the men was apparently shot in his leg, as seen in this video. It is unclear where the other victim was shot, but he was able to remain standing, unlike the first victim who fell to the ground.

The man on the ground was asking for water while residents around him were working to get a vehicle to take them to the hospital. They were able to pull in a long bed cargo truck while bystanders - rather roughly - assisted the men into the pan. We will have more on this story in tomorrow's news.
