He's accused of involvement in a major home invasion - at the home of Dr Lavel Reyes and Melinda Guerra - where a 100,000 dollar pickup was stolen along with over thirteen thousand dollars.
Well today, the 40 year old Egbert "Jack" Vernon, 40 was granted $8,000 bail from Surpeme Court Judge. Herbert Lord. His attorney, Richard "Dickie" Bradley, made a petition today before Justice Lord. The bail came with the conditions that he must report to the Queen Street Police Station twice a week. He must also attend all his court hearings in the lower court, and he must not interfere with prosecution witnesses or the virtual complainant. Failing to comply with any of these conditions could mean the revocation of his bail.
Vernon is one of four persons police say pulled off the aggravated burglary at the northside home of the two medical professionals.
