0 Covid Deaths, First Time in Weeks

And from cars to COVID, tonight there are no deaths to report. And just that rare number "0" is a slight relief for families whose loved ones are currently battling the virus since there have been 46 deaths in the past two weeks alone.

And there are still 37 patients in the hospital. 21 of them are unvaccinated, and for the 10 ICU admissions, half are also unvaxxed.

One patient is partially vaxxed and four have gotten both jabs.

There were 201 new confirmed cases today and Cayo has taken the lead with 44. Belize has 42 new cases and Stann Creek has 41. 212 recoveries puts the active cases at 2,726.
