And in other news, a family is trying to raise $3,000 to bring back the body of 20-year-old Norman Haulze. He was killed in Cancun back in August, reportedly by police. And up to now, his family still hasn't been able to bring his body from across the border because it's too costly for them. Today we spoke with his uncle about how the family is trying to raise the funds.

Timmy Stamp, Uncle of Deceased
"I think he was killed by police over at Cancun. I don't really know the situation."

Reporter
"The police here haven't brief you of what might have happened?"

Timmy Stamp, Uncle of Deceased
"Nobody briefed us, or tell us what happened. The family is very stressful about it. All we want is to bring him home to get a proper burial."

Reporter
"How long was he over at Cancun?"

Timmy Stamp, Uncle of Deceased
"I would say about 3-4 months. He told me he was going to get a job and the next time I spoke to him, he told me he was watching a drug dealer back. I told him to come home. When I heard is because he was dead."

Reporter
"Why has it been so difficult?"

Timmy Stamp, Uncle of Deceased
"They are charging us $3,000 to get him over here and the family don't have the money. You have to come out of your own country to try to find a job. If you create jobs in Belize then I don't think the kids would go searching for jobs outside. The government is not employing, no blue or red does anything."

Reporter
"And that played a role in why your nephew was killed?"

Timmy Stamp, Uncle of Deceased
"It has to play a role. If no jobs are here in Belize, then you have to find something to do."

His uncle can be contacted at 622-6334.
