Two Men Arraigned For Emroy Tracey's Murder

And while Hartin waits to get her trial date, two men were arraigned in court for the murder of 23-year-old Emroy Tracey. 26-year-old Gilroy Thomas and 24-year-old Tarique Swazo appeared unrepresented before Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts-Anderson where they were read a joint charge of murder.

The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon when Tracey had gone over to his neighbor's house. The men residing there were more like family than friends to him. But things turned deadly when they got into an argument and Tracey was stabbed multiple times. In court, no plea was taken and the men were remanded to prison until June 21st.
