Tonight Kenneth Flowers AKA "Big Tom" is a free man after he walked from 2 counts of procuring defilement of persons in The Supreme Court today.

It's a case that first hit the news in September of 2020 when a lurid sex video went viral where Flowers was allegedly seen forcing a woman and a male to engage in a sex act under threat of violence.

And up until today "Big Tom" had been on remand for over a month after a revocation of his bail due to his failure to complete a daily sign in at the required police station.

But when he appeared before Justice Ricardo O' Neil Sandcroft he was informed that the case would not go forward because neither of the key witnesses appeared. This after the Director of Public Prosecutions informed the court that both witnesses were too fearful to testify and had moved away to avoid the alleged perpetrator.

And, with that, Big Tom walked. But shortly after exiting court he gave a brief interview to our court reporter telling her that he intends to sue the person responsible for making the initial report that landed him with this charge. Here are those comments

Kenneth "Big Tom" Flowers - Nolle Pros
"No case because no witness and nobody did press charge so the case has finished and I would love whoever gave me this charge and made me waste time for a couple years."

Reporter
"And what did the judge say to you?"

Kenneth "Big Tom" Flowers
"Well the judge said no case."

Reporter
"Ok, why were you in prison though for all, why were you there?"

Kenneth "Big Tom" Flowers
"Why? Because I never went to sign in for the police station but I said to the judge that I didn't think it was fit for me to sign in because they never did press no charge on me."
