As we told you last night, it's Public Service Week and to celebrate Minister of The Public Service Henry-Charles Usher today, hosted a Public Service Awards Ceremony in Dangriga.
It was a Gala to honor the best of the government service, the people that the minister called the face the government shows to the public.
And today at the award ceremony those upstanding officers were honored with cultural performances, a meal, and certificates of excellence. It's a token of recognition for the value and virtue of 1,300 public servants, 8 of whom have served for over 35 years. Here's a look at that ceremony:
