Those corner Grocery stores may be known for selling Bambu rolling paper or "fonto" leaves - but police found one that appeared to actually be selling marijuana.

Last Friday, members of the GI3 raided J&L Store on Douglas Jones Street where they discovered 137 grams of cannabis in boxes in the back of the store. Police then arrested the Chinese shop owner, 33-year-old Zhi Jun Huang, as well as 19-year-old Seth Carrillo, 19-year-old Anna Muchuca - both cashiers - and 32-year-old Camron Slusher, the security guard. They were charged with possession of controlled drugs with the intent to supply in regard to the first amount of cannabis found, 115 grams, and possession of control drugs regarding the second set, which was 22 grams.
