Tonight, 68-year-old Gorge Zetina, is out on $2,000.00 bail after being charged with the sexual assault of an 8-year-old child.
It's a charge that came after the child - accompanied by her mother - made a report that while she was playing in an abandoned building, Zetina - who is a security guard - entered, put his hand on her shoulder and legs and attempted to touch her inappropriately.
She claimed to have stepped backwards from Zetina before running home and reporting the incident to her aunt.
Today when the 68-year-old appeared unrepresented in the court of Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts Anderson, he pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual assault.
He was also told that as a condition of his bail he is to stay 100 feet away from the minor and that additionally, he is not to interfere with her or any of her family members.
Zetina was able to meet his $2000 bail, and was released until his next court date which is set for October 3, 2022.
