And that lack of security is what allowed three men to walk in with a weapon that took the lives of two men.

But the officers who arrived on scene worked quickly and were able to nab one of the getaway drivers:

"There was a vehicle which is owned by a Canadian and a vehicle which is owned by one of the suspects. And it clearly shows when the two vehicles left the nightclub, one behind the other, and they went in their direction. Police's quick response led to the detention of the Canadian and impounded his vehicle, which is still in custody. The Canadian should be charged, hopefully with abetment, to commit a crime or to commit murder."
