Police are looking into a chilling video that was captured on WhatsApp. It shows a group of young men - who are said to be gang affiliated - toying with a loaded handgun that carries an extended clip with what seems to be live rounds.

So far, police say they are trying to find out who the young men are so they can bring charges.
