Tonight, an 8-year-old Roaring Creek resident is feared to have drowned during a canoe outing on the Roaring Creek river near their home. Young Luke Hansen went with his brother and a cousin.
But, reports say the canoe capsized and all three were in danger of drowning - however two of the boys were saved while Luke was carried away by the river.
A frantic search was conducted for Luke Hansen but his body has not been recovered.
