Yesterday we told you that the cops arrested three men for the Sirenian Bay break in that left a family of tourists terrified. But one of those men, 41-year-old Jermaine "Horse" Garnett, is no stranger to police. In fact, as of recently, he'd been employed by the Leadership Intervention Unit. Close to 300 gang affiliates are paid by the Leadership Intervention Unit.
