Police are still awaiting confirmation from the forensics department to positively identify the decomposing body that was found in a BMW in Sandhill on Friday. The commissioner of Police says that investigators have almost confirmed that the deceased is in fact PIV member Phozhawn Lewis.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"At this time, no. We still do have strong feelings that it is him, based on the vehicle and how he was dressed. I think the post mortem has been conducted, I have not gotten the results of that as yet to see if they were able to identify the tattoos on his body which would have confirmed that it is him. But again, we are looking at that matter."

Jules Vasquez
"Is that an internal PIV matter, sir?"

Chester Williams

"We do believe that it is internal. We do have… we had some people detained but we could not have obtained enough information to lay charges against them and so they had to be released. But it's an investigation the police continue to pursue."

But what could have led someone to lure the 23 year old out into a secluded area? Compol shared some speculations.

Jules Vasquez
"Was it over firearm reportedly? I'm told it was a M4 Carbine which should have been a part one gang's assets, but ended up in another gang. Is that the intelligence?"

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"You is a man who gets good intelligence, Jules. Maybe I have to make you be the director of national security council. You have all the intelligence, right."

"But we do get information that it has to do with some firearm."

At present police do not have anyone in custody while they continue to investigate.
