And some of those persons could be under the age of 18.
Today when the press pointed out that shooters are often the younger men or even adolescents, the COMPOL re-emphasized that no one with gang affiliations will be spared detention.

"If it's thought they are a part of the problem then we will target them as well, we just have to follow the right process in how we deal with them that's all."

"Um, at this time I don't think we have any minors on the list. I would have to check the list for you to see if there are any that will be picked up or who we intend to pick up, but if it is that we have intel that there are minors who are a part of the problem or we believe that need to be put away, then we are going to do so as well."
