A teenaged minor was stabbed early this morning. It happened at Li Shop on Curassow Street around 7:30 where 16 year old Clifford Thomas was set upon by a group of young men who started to stone him. One of the males then attacked Thomas and stabbed him in the arm.
Police were in the area and detained one of the suspects. That's when friends of the victim tried to attack the suspect - and had to be restrained by police.
Thomas was hospitalized in a stable condition.
