And on Easter Sunday, a 25-year-old man was shot on Crown Street in the Lake Independence area. According to reports, Christian Molina was in a yard waiting for a friend, when that same friend approached him on a bicycle, pointed a gun at him and began firing.
ACP Romero said the police are looking for the suspect.

"Upon the arrival, they saw Christian Molina with gunshot injuries. He was taken to the KHMH for treatment where he is now there listed in a stable condition. Christian reported that he was in a yard in the area when he was approached by a male person who pulled out a firearm and fired shots in his direction. He ran off but was shot and is now stable. We're seeking one suspect in regards to this shooting."

"No motive at this time. He said that he knows the person so we're looking for this person."
