And one man who did his work as area representative is Andres Perez. And that's because, basically, he had no choice! Perez was relieved of his portfolios and placed on leave from Cabinet in August of last year after allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced against him. Attorney Wendy Auxilou alleged sexual harassment and inappropriate WhatsApp messages.

Well, after his re-instatement 8 months later, she made an explosive Facebook post last night alleging publicly for the first time that Perez did more than sexually harass; she claims he raped her.

Due to a lack of evidence presented to us, the absence of a police report, and inconsistencies in the accounts Auxilou has presented - that is not an allegation we feel is credible enough to air at this time.

But, Auxilou did say that contrary to what the Prime Minister committed to do - there was no investigation into the allegations and she reiterated that no one reached out to her:

Wendy Auxilou, Complaint Against Andre Perez

"To date I have not been contacted by anyone in the government to ask to review my evidence or to hear my side of the story. I call this, see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. If they are faced with evidence, then they would be forced to do something about it."

"At this point, they have already robbed me of everything - my peace of mind, my life, and my livelihood. The one thing they cannot take away from me is my agency and my voice."

"And I will tell my story over and over until it's heard."

We asked Auxilou for an interview and she declined. We asked Perez for a response and he said, "no comment".
