Big Time Realtor Tried To Get 2k Acres In Santa Cruz

At the top of the news we told you about land fraud where private investors were bilked out of sometimes their entire life savings in shady deals. But sometimes these operations run so deep that even the government could be tricked.

That's what almost happened with 2 thousand acres of land in Santa Cruz village in the Stann Creek district where one of those big name realtors from the Placencia peninsula claimed to own the land. Minster Cordel Hyde says they caught up just in time.
