Last night on the news - you heard Armenia businessman Salus Penner allege that two police officers in a vehicle with private plates tried to rob him shortly after he sold a pickup for almost 50 thousand dollars.
Well today Penner told us that he spoke to the acting Commissioner of Police Dr Richard Rosado who he says promised him to do an internal investigation. Penner says he's happy with that undertaking and thinks that it will go to the public good.
As for the man he sold the pickup to. He alleged that the new truck owner was colluding with police to steal back the money he had just paid for the truck. We spoke to the new owner who flatly denied any such report and told us he has offered Penner to take the truck back and return the money if he wishes.
