Tonight, a man is on remand at the prison after he pleaded guilty to intentional transmission of a nude image without consent.
A 20-year-old woman told police that she ended her relationship with 26-year-old Brian Perriott on June 6th through messages on Microsoft Teams. Then on June 10th, she received a message on Facebook from Perriott that had video that she did not consent to taking, in which she was nude. Perriott also sent her a message threatening that he would share the video with her family, and post it on Facebook.
On June 27th, the woman received another message on Facebook from a male friend that contained a screenshot of her from the video Perriott had sent her.
When she confronted Perriott, he sent her a voice message threatening that he would shoot her house with her family members inside.
Perriott now awaits either a fine or possible prison time of 5 years.
