The Coast Guard has recovered a Colombian type vessel in Belizean waters. It is believed to have been used in narco trafficking activities and then abandoned.
The commander told us they found it abandoned in the North Ambergris area and that they suspect illicit activity. He said it could have been used for drugs or it could have been for fuel resupply.
