Now he has maintained in every recording that while the abductors were masked - one of them wearing a white shit was not. We have tried to reach Flowers by phone and text for a response but got no answer. In a message to a private Facebook poster, he said he is "wrongfully associated with such a serious matter and that he…condemns the criminal act in the strongest terms."
We note that Flowers was charged for cyber bullying by former Commissioner Chester Williams in April for insulting Facebook comments. Wiliams put him on interdiction for that. When Compol Rosado took office, Flowers was reinstated.
