Meyers Emotional During Arson Arraignment

She's the woman charged with arson of her common-law husband's house and its contents. Today, a mother of 2, Andesha Andean Myers appeared in Magistrate's court charged for arson. Myers, who was very emotional at her arraignment, is accused of setting a small home on fire. No plea was taken since it is an indictable matter.

There was no objection to bail which was offered in the sum of $5,000 dollars. But, by the end of court this afternoon, she was unable to post bail and has been remanded to the Belize Central Prison until she can do so.
