Former Senator And HS Principal Arrested For Sexual Assault Of Teacher

He's a former UDP Senator, turned PUP campaigner and, most recently, the principal of Corazon Creek High School. But tonight, 39 year old Macario Coy is accused of the Sexual Assault of a 36 year old teacher. She reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by Macario Coy on Tuesday, November 4th. Coy was wanted for a number of days but today voluntarily surrendered himself at the Punta Gorda Police Formation, accompanied by his attorney. He was later formally arrested and charged with Sexual Assault. He appeared in court where he was granted bail $3,000 dollars. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 20, 2026.
