The trial of two men from the PIV area who were allegedly found with guns, ammunition, marijuana, and cocaine while on St George's Caye in April 2024 continued today. 41 year old Edwin Flowers and 32 year old Kenyon Dominguez are facing 4 counts of possession of a controlled drug, one count of kept firearm and one count of kept ammunition.

Initially, 3 men were found with the illicit items, but the third man, Gaston Barrow was killed in September of this year.

Flowers and Dominguez are being represented by attorney Richard "Dickie" Bradley. Bradley told the court that the defense is not challenging any of the police's evidence at this time. He also explained that two more witness statements are left to be read before the crown closes its case.

The defendants were initially arraigned on April 18th of 2024 but were remanded due to the nature of the offense. However, they were later granted bail. The case was further adjourned for January 8th 2026 and the defendants' bail was extended to that day.
