Construction Worker Found With Firearm

Today, Glen Murillo Jr of Sarstoon street appeared before a Senior Magistrate in Court #2 on where he was read two charges, kept firearm and kept ammunition without a license issued by the Firearms and Ammunition Control Board.

ASP Stacy Smith explained the incident that led to his detention.

Murillo Jr. pleaded not guilty to both charges. However, due to the nature of the offenses, bail was denied and he was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until May 11, 2026.
