On Saturday afternoon, a 53 year old Belizean American, Yolanda Welch, was robbed of a small fortune in jewelry in the Michael Finnegan Market. The robbers stole 2 gold necklaces valued at $15,000. ASP Smith told us police were quick to recover them.
