He was represented by attorney Oj Elrington who maintained that his client is innocent.
OJ Elrington, Attorney at Law

"Yes well he was charged with an aggravated assault for a firearm thankfully, the virtual complainant in the matter he pled not guilty to it had indicated that in the first instance that he was not interested in pursuing any criminal charges against him however he did make a statement for reference however the officer is exercising their discretion still exercising their discretion to charge him with assault of a firearm so he appears before the magistrate this morning who indicated that she required for both the virtual complainant to come in and as well to get a further statement. We got both of those this afternoon and so the magistrate dismissed the matter against him."
