Over the past two days, our newsroom received 5 different complaints of police harassment. And while the state of emergency has expired, the department has a new crime fighting strategy. But for those who are the targets of the police's operations, they say it's escalated to harassment and use of excessive force. Courtney Menzies spoke to two residents who believe the cops went too far. Here is that story.
