Less Gold At Children's Festival?

Once was a time when to get a gold at the Festival of the Arts, all a performing troupe had to do was make it to the venue and at least try. But this year, the consensus seems to be that performers have to try harder. There are fewer golds being given out this year and Friday night saw proof of that when only four were granted.
