The Carnival road march was scheduled for this Saturday September 12th but because of the Hurricane Felix scare, it has been postponed. The Carnival Association met this evening and Chairman Patrick Thompson confirmed to us that the road march has been pushed back to September 29th. As we reported last night, the bands complained that during the Felix scare, they lost 48 hours of valuable preparation time.
