Shyne Releases \"Messiah\

And another Belizean making news abroad is Jamal Shyne Barrow. After signing a multi-million dollar contract with Def Jam Records, Shyne has released his first solo post-prison track. It’s called Messiah and thought the name might sound vaguely religious, the track is not. It finds Shyne in classic if slightly dated form. Here’s a small sample.

It is not clear if the track is a single or just a quick first release in anticipation of his new album. Shyne also raps on a remix of Rihanna’s number one song, Rude Boy. The tracks were recorded in the UK.
