And while scores attended that final, tens of thousands thronged to the Agriculture Show Grounds in Belmopan for the National Agriculture and Trade Show, 2023.
And how many attended? 34,270 visitors, which represents a 7% increase in attendance compared to last year's numbers.
A Press release from the Ministry of Agriculture used those numbers to declare the event a quote: "Huge success."
They were also keen to highlight the relative peace of the event saying quote: "There were no major incidents reported in or around the grounds." and go on to say that quote, "The rodeo events on April 30 also drew a considerable crowd and went without incident." This as compared to last year when the bull escaped the pen and charged through the Showgrounds.
The release ends by announcing the dates for next year's National Agriculture and Trade Show will be held from April 26 to 28, 2024.
