Dame Minita Gordon Goes Back to School

She may be retired, but former Governor General of Belize Dr. Dame Minita Gordon isn't tired of learning. Dame Minita was among 32 persons who graduated last week Friday from a computer course and received her certificate from the Prime Minister himself who said he was proud of her for having signed up for the training.

The 12 week session was held at the Fort George Resource Center where participants got instruction on computer programs including Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
