The National Children's Parliament will be held in 16 days on November 20th - the same day as World Children's Day.
That's when a group of youths will get to take over the National Assembly and debate public policies in the same manner - but probably more maturely than elected representatives do during House Meetings.
Through this program, the NCFC and its partners hope to demonstrate that children are able to participate meaningfully in democracy.
The youth parliamentarians are now in training studying a curriculum on governance and parliamentary procedures.
