The teachers union voted yes to a demonstration in January - if they don't get paid their increments and allowances that are owed. Well, the Ministry has formally responded to their ultimatum saying they'll get it all by December 20th.
The CEO in the Ministry of Education has responded to the Union saying, quote, "the work to ensure that those teachers who are due increments and allowances has not faltered. Kindly note that we expect all outstanding payments for those teachers to be made by December 20, 2024."
