A 76 year old man residing at his South Creek address the past 25 years says his home is desperately in need of repairs - and that it only got worst with hurricane Richard. With a leaking roof over his head he told 7news he has no one to turn to for help - and at his age, there isn't much he can do.

"Mr. Cadle, you care to tell me what kind of assistance you are in need of?"
Arthur Cadle, Needs house
"The house zinc at the top needs to be change so that rain do not wet me. This side of the house is alright, but the right side needs to be repair and at the front. Where I put a zinc, a board was there so that when it rains it doesn't blow in on me. A lot of my clothes got spoil because of that. Even the bed gets wet up so that's why I need help. I went to the office and they tell me to come back. I don't even have food to ear after the hurricane."
Monica Bodden
"Which office you went?"
Arthur Cadle, Needs house
"I went to the Social Security office. Sometimes when I get cramps I can't even get up miss. I can't get up at all."
Monica Bodden
"How old are you Mr. Cadle?"
Arthur Cadle, Needs house
"76."
Monica Bodden
"Has your area representative or anybody come?"
Arthur Cadle, Needs house
"They treat me cold, but I don't worry, I take it cool because I cannot get upset. Right now I feel bad just standing here, I don't feel so good."
Monica Bodden
"After the hurricane, no one came to assess the damages or anything?"
Arthur Cadle, Needs house
"They just say that they will come to see me, but nobody came. They just laugh at me but God does not laugh at me. They just say that they will come but no one came but God helps me."
Cadle has no children and lives alone…
