And as of tonight, those police have life a little easier with the many areas of enforcement.

A new statutory instrument has been signed into law and it allows limited church services, and restaurant openings.

The news regs say that churches can open with no more than 10 worshippers in attendance, and restaurants can resume dine-in services, but only with a reservation only and with no more than 10 people. For the past four weeks, restaurants have only been allowed to open for take out services.

And, by the new regs, quote, "The Director of Health Services must release the names of all COVID-19 positive patients to the Minister of National Security." End quote.

This is likely to clash with patient confidentiality considerations.
