And at the press conference, one member of the group, Elizabeth Dena, made some radical threats to shut down testing locations and to stage protests, both of which pose multiple public health dangers. Today, we asked one of the executive members, Zenaida Moya, about this. She agreed that it was extreme and that they aren't promoting such drastic measures. Another member, attorney Arthur Saldivar, said they will be taking their case to the court.

"I don't subscribe to it, I am a pro-choice. And I believe that people have a right to go ahead and choose in this era. Go ahead and choose, you want to go that route, go that route. There don't have to be any shutdown, there don't have to be any protests, there don't have to be any boycott, there don't have to be any sickout - there don't have to be anything that was mentioned by that person. They plan to challenge SI 74 and will be filing their claim by August 1st.
